Hi Travis! Great name, did I mention that? When some one calls me, I like to respond by saying "what-is?" Do you do that too? OK, down to business now...
You don't have to know what it's about at all, I was just curious. Things like that can wait. As for the harmony, you have outlined the G7 chord (G,B,D,F) very nicely in measures one and two. I don't know how much you know about chords and what they do, but the C major chord likes to come right after it. It might be nice to shift the notes you have in measures 3-4 to a C chord. Do you like the sound when you change the first two notes in measure 3 to C and A?

Given that you're writing arpeggios I think piano would be a great choice. This next video might be inspiring. Here's one of my favorite compositions by JS Bach. The key signature is pretty tricky but it happens to be in C# major. As you read and follow along just pretend it's in C major. Thought you might like a listen. Especially look at how he trades the fast and slow notes between the two hands. Genius!

If you do choose piano, you'll need to add one more staff with a bass clef under the one you have.

HI Travis ( feels wierd for me too)! Thanks for giving me feedback. To answer for first question, i'm not really sure what the piece is about yet. I just started writing and I was going to figure out the story behind it later. I think adding the 16th note idea in one off the later measures. I would like to know your opinion on the harmony. What instruments do you think should I use?

Hi Travis, (that feels strange to say!), thanks for posting your composition. What can you tell me about it? I know you've only just started but sometimes a little feedback early on can help. I'll say that my favorite part is the first 7 notes. I like how you left the last 16th note off of the second beat, it gives a good feeling of expectation. I think you should return to that rhythm. Have you thought about changing another measure later on? You could use the same 16th note idea with the notes you already have in measure 3 or 4, for instance.
Can you let me know what kind of help you'd like? Are there certain things you're looking to do with your piece that I could help with?
