Saturdays in Norwich

It's a hot summer day; hottest it's been in a while. But the Connecticut river breeze and some ice cream saves you from the the heat. You take a seat outside a store that looks like you could but just about anything from. The months to come should be wonderful...

Dear Jackson,
I couldn't wait any longer to print your score and parts, so I converted the file to Sibelius and did it that way. I note that you'll probably have some questions to answer from the musicians about dynamics and a couple of other things in rehearsal, but that's pretty standard. Please let me know if you have questions. Otherwise, I look forward to meeting you and hearing your work performed on May 15.

Best wishes,
Erik Nielsen

Jackson, you should be able to upload them right to this thread. I think my interface as a mentor looks different than yours so I can't guide you to where to find it. I'll also send you Erik's email separately so that you will have that. Please send the files to Erik if it doesn't work to upload them. Also, if you don't receive an email from me in the next few minutes, please comment back here so I'll know.

Or does it go under file somehow?

Could I email the pdfs to you or to someone?

Thanks, Jackson. It's funny - you beat me to the comment last night by about 3 seconds and I guess I didn't look for your before I posted mine. In any case your revisions look fine to me. Just a few tiny things, then we can call the score complete.

1. Bar 23, cello should have a whole rest, not three quarters.
2. Please put rehearsal letters in at five or six places. I think you've done this or seen this before but please ask if you're not sure.
3. When the score changes are done, please Print Individual Parts and save as PDF files, and then upload these files here. Post a comment when you're all done and I'll pass the word along that you're set.

It has been done since last night and I commented before you told me to so I didn't know if you got it. But anyway: I'm done with the things you told me to do!

Great! Do remember to put a comment here when you are done. I won't be able to check in during the day tomorrow, but I will log on tomorrow night to see what you've gotten to. If you could make all those changes by tomorrow early evening (say, by 7:00) I can look them over later in the evening. That will give you Friday to make any final changes, update your bio and description as Sandi requested, and print PDFs of the parts. For now the priority is cleaning up the score.

OK so the changes should be made!

Thanks again

Hi Travis! Thank you so much for the help with my piece. So sorry about the late notice but I was somehow not getting e-mail notifications but I will get started on those changes right away!
